JOIN ME ON THE MAT!

hey!

hey! My name is Izabela and I have been practicing yoga for 8 years. For me, yoga is about grounding and calming scattered mind. In Sanskrit it is called chitta vritti - chitta means consciousness/memory; vritti means waves. Sometimes it is also called Monkey Mind. Through body practice, human can draw attention inwards, focusing on feeling rather than thinking.

 

I have been practicing mostly Iyengar and Hatha yoga which means my practice is oriented into slow-pace and alignment. I love teaching people and it will be an honor to share space with you!
